I can highly recommend RJP Guitar Tuition. I stated learning with Rick as an almost complete beginner and through Rick's patient teaching and I am making real and steady progress.
Rick is breaks down the learning process into sections that allow you to see that you are making progress and which encourage you to want to learn more. I use both accoustic and electric guitars.
If your thinking of learning to guitar give RJP a try. You won't regret it

If you want some excellent tuition in a relaxed atmosphere this is the guy. I absolutely love it and so does my 8 year old son. Cannot recommend him enough.

If I could give this bloke ten stars, I would. I probably don't need to say any more......but I will! He actually listens to what you want to learn and teaches you exactly that, chords, strumming tips techniques, helps you work around things you find difficult, the lot....so you never get bored at all and the lessons are really enjoyable..... so If you're thinking about it, please try it, as I really can't recommend him enough.

I've never played or picked a guitar up before. Rick took me on a one to one lesson and now I love playing the guitar. The lessons where in a relaxed and friendly environment and rick has a lot of patience. I've been with RJP guitar tuition for about a year now and I have enjoyed the lessons very much.

An excellent choice of songs and techniques to perform backed up with easy to read song sheets and chord charts. Very patient and instructions are plain and simple. I feel I have learnt a lot in just a short space of time!
